How to Order
Step 1: Purchase Suit
Step 2: Pick your Design and Colors
- Visit our Team Suit Gallery Here to pick out template design number.
- Select template design number and Indicate where you would like each color on the suit as detailed as possible.
- Download and fill out our Logo Placement form Here.
Step 3: Download and print our measurements form found Here. Watch our video on how to take your measurements Here.
Please include the following in the email:
- Drivers name in the subject line.
- Completed logo placement form as an attachment.
- Completed measurement form as an attachment.
- Template number and detailed description of color locations.
Step 5: Approve proof
- Proof must be approved before going to production.
- 3 proof revisions no charge, after 3 it is $10 per revision.
- Typically proofs are done in 5 business days.
- After proof is approved by you and measurement form are submitted, production time is estimated at 8 weeks.

SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your paid order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will ship via the most efficient carrier at the time of shipment. If you require a specific carrier (UPS, FedEx), please call our office prior to placing your order.

RETURNS
We cannot accept returns on custom products. If there is an issue with your custom product order, please contact us at orders@velocita-usa.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
For stock (non-custom) items (gloves, shoes, and helmets) we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We will exchange the item or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
