SHIPPINGAll orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your paid order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will ship via the most efficient carrier at the time of shipment. If you require a specific carrier (UPS, FedEx), please call our office prior to placing your order.RETURNSWe cannot accept returns on custom products. If there is an issue with your custom product order, please contact us at orders@velocita-usa.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.For stock (non-custom) items (gloves, shoes, and helmets) we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We will exchange the item or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
