Velocita Madhouse Challenge Official Rules and Liability 1. Sponsor The Velocita Madhouse Challenge (“Promotion” or “Challenge”) is sponsored and administered by Velocita-USA, located at 7987 Old US Hwy 52 S., Lexington, NC 27295 This promotion may involve participation from affiliated race team, track operators, promoters and partners as designated by Velocita-USA. 2. Promotion Overview The Velocita Madhouse Challenge (“Promotion”) is a promotional contest in which one (1) selected participant and one (1) Velocita Pro Team member will receive the opportunity to participate in a supervised Street Stock race experience at Bowman Gray Stadium, subject to all eligibility requirements, safety approvals, waivers, and operational conditions outlined in these Official Rules. Winning this promotion does not guarantee participation in an official racing event, and all participation in contingent upon safety clearance, demonstrated ability, and approval by Velocita-USA and associated parties. 3. Eligibility The Promotion is open to individuals who meet the following qualifications: - Have purchased a custom or stock driving suit from Velocita-USA since January 1, 2026 and can provide proof of purchase to marketing@velocita-usa.com - Are at least fourteen (14) years of age at the time of entry - Are legal residents of the United States - Possess valid identification - Are physically and mentally capable of participating in motorsports activity - Have prior racing experience, as determined by Velocita-USA and associated parties - Are willing to undergo vetting, screening and approval process - Are able to facilitate their own travel and lodging to Bowman Gray Stadium - If under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian must consent, sign all documents and be present as required. - The following are not eligible o Employees or dealers of Velocita-USA o Associated race teams, promoters or partners o Immediate family or household members of the above - Velocita-USA reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. 4. Promotion Period The promotion period begins on Friday, April 10, 2026 and ends on Friday, May 8, 2026. (“Promotion Period”) Entries received outside of the Promotion Period are void. 5. Entry Limit Limit one (1) entry person, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries, automated entries, or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification from the Promotion. 6. Winner Selection – Velocita Customer One (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries provided to Velocita-USA’s marketing email. The selection will be conducted by Velocita-USA review and vetting based on: - Prior Racing Experience - Demonstrated Ability - Safety Suitability - Brand Representation Final Selection is subject to Velocita-USA approval and driver vetting. 7. Winner Selection – Velocita-USA Pro Team Member One (1) Velocita-USA Pro Team Member will be selected through a Velocita-USA Review and vetting based on the requirements also listed in Rule 6. 8. Driver Vetting & Approval All potential winner must undergo a mandatory vetting process, including: - Verification of prior racing experience - Review of driving background and history - Evaluation of conduct, maturity, and safety awareness Velocita-USA reserves sole discretion to determine whether a participant is qualified, safe, and suitable to represent Velocita-USA and this Promotion. Failure to pass vetting will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate candidate. 9. Winner Notification The potential winner will be contacted via email based on their entry to Velocita-USA’s marketing email. If the selected participant: - Cannot be reached with 72 hours - Fails vetting or eligibility requirements - Refuses or fails to sign required documents - Is deemed unsafe or unfit to participate at the discretion of Velocita-USA Velocita-USA may select an alternate winner. 10. Prize The winners (One (1) Velocita-USA customer entry and One (1) Velocita-USA Pro Team Member) will receive a supervised Bowman Gray Stadium Street Stock Division race experience, which may include: - Driver Orientation - Practice Sessions (Saturday Morning) - Use of a prepared race vehicle - Crew support and spotter assistance - Limited race-day experience at Velocita-USA discretion Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,500 Prize is: - Non-transferable - Not redeemable for cash - Subject to availability and operational conditions - Revokable at the discretion of Velocita-USA 11. Nature of Prize The prize is an opportunity to attempt participation, not a guaranteed race entry. To proceed, the winner must: - Attend all required orientations sessions - Demonstrate safe vehicle control - Meet minimum performance and safety standards Velocita-USA reserves the right to deny, restrict, or terminate participation at any time for safety, performance, conduct, or operational reasons. Winning does not guarantee starting a race, completing a race, or continued participation. 12. Event Structure The experience is expected to follow: - Friday : Orientation and instruction - Saturday : Morning Practice Session to determine safety and eligibility - Saturday : Final evening practice - Saturday : Race The participant must demonstrate a safe and acceptable lap time and driving behavior during morning practice to continue to the evening events. Failure to meet safety expectations during morning practice will result in removal from further participation. Safety expectations are set forth by the determination of Velocita-USA officials, track officials and other associated parties. 13. Safety Requirements The winner must: - Follow all instructions from Velocita-USA, crew and officials. - Wear all required safety equipment set forth by Bowman Gray Stadium and NASCAR rules - Attend all driver meetings - Demonstrate safe and responsible conduct Velocita-USA may remove any participant deemed unsafe at anytime. 14. Crash Clause By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to assume financial responsibility for race vehicle damage caused by their actions, up to a maximum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD) (“Crash Clause”) This applies to on-track or event-related incidents, and determined by Velocita-USA’s discretion. Failure to agree to this provision results in forfeiture of the Prize. 15. Assumption of Risk Motorsports are inherently dangerous and involve risks of serious injury or death. By participating, the winner voluntarily assumes all risks associated with: - Racing Activities - Vehicle Operation - Mechanical Failure - Collisions - Track Conditions 16. Conduct Participants may be disqualified for: - Unsafe driving - Reckless behavior - Failure to follow instructions - Substance use - Alcohol consumption during event - Misrepresentation of experience Velocita-USA decisions are final. 17. Travel & Expenses Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly included, including: - Travel - Lodging - Food 18. Event Changes / Postponement / Cancellation Velocita-USA may modify, postpone or cancel the Promotion or prize due to: - Weather - Mechanical Failure - Track Decisions - Safety Concerns - Force Majeure Velocita-USA will make every attempt to reschedule the winner, but is ultimately not responsible for event changes, postponement or cancellations. 19. Publicity Release The Winner grants Velocita-USA the right to use: - Name - Image - Likeness - Video/Footage These articles will be used for promotional purposes at Velocita-USA and future Promotions 20. Release of Liability Entrants release Velocita-USA and all associated parties from any claims related to: - Participation - Travel - Injury or Damage - Death 21. Governing Law This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina 22. Discretion All decisions made by Velocita-USA are final and binding.
