Velocita Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your paid order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will ship via the most efficient carrier at the time of shipment. If you require a specific carrier (UPS, FedEx), please call our office prior to placing your order.

You can save money on the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Lexington, NC facility. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email and identification with you when you come.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@velocita-usa.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the shipment for you.

Velocita Returns Policy

We cannot accept returns on custom products. If there is an issue with your custom product order, please contact us at customerservice@velocita-usa.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For stock (non-custom) items (gloves, shoes, VR Series suits, and helmets) we accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We will exchange the item or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@velocita-usa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
